**Job Summary**: As a Milk Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of milk and other dairy products to residential and commercial customers. You will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service and excellent communication.

**Shift available**:We are searching for someone to work two days a week with us. we are after someone who is realiavle and available every Saturday and every Monday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- **Product Handling**: Load and unload dairy products, ensuring proper handling and storage to maintain product quality. Verify the accuracy of delivery orders.
- **Documentation**: Complete delivery paperwork, including delivery logs and customer signatures. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and carry heavy items 20kg and handle the physical demands of the job.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries and adherence to schedules.
- **Reliability**: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
- **Early Morning Availability**: Flexibility to start early in the morning as required by delivery schedules.
- **Forklift License**:preferred but not required.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Picking orders
- Ensuring the accuracy of all orders
- Rotating and putting away stock
- Cleanliness of coolroom

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $30.11 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
