This Job opportunity is for a Retail Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team at the Penrith store. This is a permanent full-time role, offering a work roster of five days, including one weekend day (Monday**:

- Friday**). You will manage all aspects of the store, with a primary focus on retail operations, supported by our passionate and experienced team to ensure we achieve our goals in professional and customer services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and encourage repeat visits.
- Oversee inventory and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage.
- Implement and support merchandising activities and promotional campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a retail manager.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Pharmacy experience is preferred.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
