Service Advisor

About the role
**As Service Advisor you will**:

- Create an outstanding customer experience in dealership
- Ensure high levels of guest service standards face-to-face and via phone are always maintained.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Manage Repair Orders and ensure all problems and repair needs are described and communicated to the Workshop correctly.
- Translate customer repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Estimate repair cost and time needed for repair correctly and communicate back to customers in a timely fashion and keep customers well informed about the repairs, time frames etc.
- Obtain authorization from manufacturers regarding all warranty claims.
- Manage all general customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customer after delivery of RV to achieve positive feedback

Ideally you should possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and loyalty with customers
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work as a team player in a team environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook etc.
- Excellent phone mannerism and skills
