We are looking for an outstanding housekeeping supervisor who is a team player, and likes to have fun while getting a very important job done. Our standards are high We will train; however prior experience in a 4.5 star environment is preferred.

About the role:

- Assign cleaning tasks and ensure that the team efficiently and effectively completes delegated duties.
- Provide training to team members.
- Manage inventory.
- Be able to jump in and help the team when required.
- Prepare reports.
- Recommend service improvements.
- Operate the Housekeeping department when Head Housekeeper is off-site.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- You seek the diversity of being part of a multiple venue business specialising in outstanding service and experiences.

Essential Qualities:

- You have cleaning expertise, at least 2 years Supervisor experience
- You have a high attention-to-detail in your work, are very particular about making beds, and upholding service levels to the highest standards.
- Fast and fit.
- You have strong attention to detail, can multitask and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- You are friendly and able to communicate well in English.
- You love being part of a team and helping your team achieve success
- You are a shining star who sets an exemplary embodiment of professionalism and leadership
- You are willing to learn and grow and take instruction from the Executive Housekeeper

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.38 - $51.03 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week
