**What your new job involves**
- Making and receiving high volume outbound/inbound calls
- Investigations to locate and establish connections with our customers
- Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust
- Creating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions

**Who you are**

**Essential Criteria**
To service our operational hours, the role has a fortnightly rotational roster as follows:

- Week A: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Week B: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Permanent Full Time, No weekends
