**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role: Passionate Assistant in Nursing needed to join the friendly and supportive team at Mercy Place Lathlain**
- Part time and casual positions available
- Located in Carlisle close to transport links
- Above award rates of pay on offer
- Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
- Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
- Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information

**ABOUT YOU:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care desired
- Nursing students encouraged to apply
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.
- An ability to follow nursing procedures as directed and in line with resident care plans
