**Accounting & Reporting**:
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports
- Ensure all statutory reporting is completed with the relevant accounting standards
- Assist with annual planning and monthly forecasting
- Support with liquidity and cash flow management
- Calculating and journaling intercompany transactions
- Capital asset journal entries and depreciation calculations
- ESOP administration

**Tax & Compliance**:
- Review and process all taxation requirements for the group, including but not limited to: ITR, FBT, BAS, indirect taxes and payroll taxes
- Support with annual R&D tax incentive submissions
- Support annual group audit and liaise with external auditors in preparing yearly reports, including AFSL audit

**Financial Systems and Processes**:
- Working with the broader finance team for process optimisation, and implementation of controls for financial and operational requirements
- Review the suitability of systems and make improvements/recommendations
- Establish, maintain and enhance operational processes as needed

**Business Partnering**:
- Provide value-adding insights to senior management
- Keep business leads accountable for their performance and budgets
- Liaise with business leads for their capacity and headcount plan

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Advanced excel skill
- SQL experience preferred
- CA/CPA qualification
