**About IPRO**:
Brookfield Place is home to BHP Iron Ore’s state-of-the-art Integrated Production and Remote Operations team (IPRO) at Iron Ore. Our Control Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using advanced, real-time technology to enable visibility and control, across the entire Iron Ore supply chain.

As a technology enabled centre of excellence, IPRO employees work collaboratively with site on a shift-to-shift basis to make faster decisions improving safety and optimising value across the supply chain.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Mine Control Training Officer, you will be responsible for the effective audit, analysis and reporting of positive communications. The role places a high priority on site awareness of the effective use of positive communications.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure conformance with the BHP Charter, the BHP Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations
- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
- Conformity to statutory obligations and WAIO standards
- Use established systems to recognise and report at risk behaviours and situations
- Record data into Excel, generate graphs and analyse datea generated
- Proactive support of continuous improvement measures to deliver clear efficiency and cost benefits

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to manage work processes and work independently
- A great attitude towards learning and developing new skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and report on trends
- A high level of computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
