**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Our coaches are integral to everything we do - bringing energy, confidence and a fun attitude.

You'll be part of a team of coaches who share an excitement for progressive group training, and work alongside our owners to help build the BFT Cannington community.

Day-to-day you'll be responsible for delivery of BFT programs. With over 14 class types on offer, you must able to clearly and confidently manage large, dynamic groups, while also providing individual attention to members across each session.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and assist exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs
- Drive member engagement and foster positive relationships with all members
- Exceptional communication and social skills are vital
- Maintain a high standard of studio presentation, including daily equipment set up and pack down, regular cleaning and notification of maintenance items
- Contribute to ongoing studio and member growth and development which involved ability to sell memberships on the floor and making sale calls

**ABOUT YOU**:
You'll have the personality, possess the knowledge, and be equipped with the skills and experience needed to coach others and deliver an exceptional training experience. This will include:

- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
- 1 - 2 years experience in Group Training and / or Personal Training
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Uphold BFT training standards and foster a positive team environment.
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
- An obsession with fitness and wellness, as well as confidence, energy and a desire to have fun.
