Requirements:
1. Experience: We are looking for scaffolders with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry. Your experience should include working on a variety of projects, both commercial and residential, showcasing your ability to adapt to different environments and requirements.

2. Skills: You should possess a strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety regulations. Your ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints will be essential in executing precise scaffolding installations. Additionally, proficiency in using scaffolding equipment and tools is necessary.
