We are looking for Vodafone retail sales consultant. You will represent Vodafone brand and work at our Vodafone Stores

As a Retail Store Sales Consultant at Vodafone you’ll be passionate, enthusiastic and driven with a genuine interest in people and technology. Vodafone Retail Store: Eastgardens

You will need to be
- This can be a Full-time or Part-time position working on a rotating roster that includes weekends, peak trade days, flexibility with availability is essential. Part-time position requires minimum of 3 days on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
- Comfortable with face to face interaction and/or taking calls as a customer service agent
- Be available for four days of Virtual training on sales & customer service training

Key Daily Tasks:

- Maximise sales opportunities at all times through the provision of extraordinary levels of customer service.
- Ensure store and individual targets are met on a regular basis.
- Assist the Store Leadership team in ensuring that the store meets visual presentation expectations.
- Assist in conducting quality stock-takes where required.
- Be familiar with the complete product range in store, including the features and benefits of all products and plans.
- Complete relevant training programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

**Experience**:

- working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
