Bartender (Casual)

**We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join the team at our new and improved Sussex Hotel
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a bartender at The Sussex Hotel, you’ll deliver exceptional service and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our newly renovated venue. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine knowledge, and coffee.
- Support training and development of the wider team.
- Engaging warmly with customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Assisting with TAB and Keno operations as needed.
- Providing exceptional service in the bar and across the venue, including support in food service areas.
- Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and promoting responsible service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and surrounding areas.
- Supporting your team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Food and table service duties as required.
