**The Role**:
Best & less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member (possibility to offer Part Time hours) with Weekday availability to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Northlands store.
As an integral member of the Northlands ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

- Flexible to work weekends and late night trade

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $29.31 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Employee discount

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
