We are seeking applicants for the Care Service Employee role to join our growing team at Lake Haven Court. We have PPT Night Shifts available from 11am-7am, approx. 7-8 days per fortnight.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Assisting residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Adhering to all policies and procedures of Alino Living
- Participating in training and development opportunities as required

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A compassionate and caring nature
