Bel Air Gardens offers a broad range of out-of-hospital health care services located in Noble Park Victoria. It is looking for an energetic and talented Primary Health Organization Manager to manage its team of health workers, welfare officers, and foster a caring attitude to our residents. With at least one (1) year of managerial experience, the tasks for this role consist of:

- Providing overall direction and management for the facility including ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Devising and establishing projects for services such as health care, housing, employment, education and training, and culture and recreation, based on clients' needs
- Establishing a medication management program, including reminders and monitoring for residents with complex needs.
- Coordinating mental health support through visiting counselors, psychologists, or telehealth services.
- Assessing room accommodations to ensure they meet residents' physical and emotional needs (e.g., wheelchair accessibility, quiet spaces).
- Implementing a personalized maintenance request system to address housing concerns promptly.
- Developing safety protocols, including emergency drills and fire safety training, for residents and staff.
- Monitoring and evaluating resources devoted to health, welfare, recreation, housing, employment, training and other community facilities and centres by conducting monthly reviews of allocated budgets for recreational activities, healthcare services, and maintenance needs, ensuring efficient use of funds.
- Preparing annual budgets, submitting reports to stakeholders on facility performance, and approving procurement of medical supplies and recreational equipment.
- Keeping inventory for all cleaning & kitchen resources to ensure constant operational services is being carried.
- Collaborating and liaising with local social workers to assess new residents' specific needs and coordinate tailored support plans for mental health and physical care.
- Coordinating and organizing weekly group therapy sessions, movie nights, and social outings to foster community engagement and promote a sense of belonging among residents and contribute to maintaining a positive and healthy community.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
