**About your next role**

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Under 18 Guardian to join our established team. This role is imperative to the service we offer and will be responsible for providing the utmost and appropriate care and support to Monash College and Monash University under age students to assist them in adjusting to living and studying in Australia.

**Your background and experience**
Your recent experience in a similar position or environment will see you hit the ground running. You are motivated, customer service focused and a self-starter. Ideally you will have:
- True understanding of the special needs of international students-
- Experience dealing with sensitive, confidential and complex student matters-
- Demonstrated cross cultural skills and highly developed interpersonal and listening skills-
