We are looking for a gun of a bartender and waitstaff to join us at Tillerman Restaurant and Bar on Eagle Street.

Tillerman is a brand new seafood restaurant which focuses on providing high quality products. Our cocktail and wine menus are extensive and unique, setting us a part from the rest.

We strongly believe in staff satisfaction and are committed to providing a culture where our team is looked after financially, mentally and emotionally. We believe in training, developing and motivating each other while having a lot of fun along the way We are a part of a very successful hospitality group that is ever expanding, which means we are offering competitive pay (more than Restaurant Awards + penalties), flexibility and company-wide perks

We are after someone that has a minimum of 2 years experience in high end and high pace bars and restaurants, with classic cocktail knowledge and a love for hospitality. We operate Tuesday to Saturday for lunch & dinner, however we will be opening on Mondays and Sundays soon.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
