**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our Group Careers Manager leads a team of passionate Careers Partners to attract and recruit a diverse, agile workforce to fuel our growth. In this 12-month mat cover role, you’ll work collaboratively with leaders to understand talent needs taking a values based approach to enable career growth for our current and future team members.
It’s more than a job, it’s about making a positive difference in everything we do.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
Stakeholder Management - ability to quickly build trusted relationships at all levels of the Group with proven experience in a fast paced, matrixed business.
