Kepos Street Kitchen is an iconic Sydney café located in Redfern. Ready to start 2025 with a new job? We are looking for a new manager to join our small but dynamic team.

**About the role**:

- The position is full time
- It is a fast paced environment so you will need to oversee staff whilst also working on the floor
- Maintain a good working relationship with the kitchen team
- Work closely with the owner Michael Rantissi
- Role includes weekly rostering, ordering, cash up, staff training and maintaining standards, hire new staff as required, maintain productivity and systems, troubleshooting, customer service. General admin skills are required
- Coffee making and bar experience would be good but not a deal breaker as we can provide training as required
- Looking for someone with great communication skills

**Operating hours**:

- Open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch from 8am to 3pm

- The menu is Mediterranean inspired with a Middle Eastern twist and we are passionate about the food we serve
- Dine in and takeaway menus
- Kepos Deli stocks our signature dips, salads and meals to take home
- POS is Lightspeed, Tyro for EFTPOS
- Owner Michael Rantissi also runs Kepos Catering and we have a weekly stand at Carriageworks Farmers Markets

**And finally**:

- Staff meals are provided each day
- Kepos Street Kitchen is centrally located in Kepos Street, Redfern. If you ride a bike there are bike racks in the vicinity
- Easily accessible via public transport

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
