**What you might want to know about this role**:

- Support the leadership team (Director and others) with the day to day running of the service, build on your skillset and opportunity to learn new skills.
- Help build those strong stakeholder connections with children, families, the community and others.
- Contribute to centre programming, QIP / SAT, continuous improvement, and helping to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Be mentored and have opportunity to grow within your role.
- Service is very much community minded and based, with long standing relationships.
- Service utilises Xplor for their CCMS.

**The essential information**:

- Approximately 25 children attend daily.
- Small groups and numbers, where you get to build on those relationships in a relaxed environment.
- Operates all year round, with a brief close down period at the Christmas period.
- Beautiful beachside community and location.
