**Garment Tech JD**
- Creation of Development Tech Packs in Backbone, inclusive of POM cads, measurement specs and sampling details.
- Attend and assistant in all Fit session, offering fit suggestions, alterations and recording all fits comments and photos in Backbone.
- Passing over all fit comments to suppliers and managing any queries and questions to ensure quality of product from sampling to BULK meets brand standards.
- Flat measure all samples from development to BULK production in Backbone.
- Update and maintain POM library in Backbone for consistency of measurement standards.
- Coordinate with Suppliers on sampling Leadtime to ensure there are no delays with development
- Manage sampling timeline WIP in Backbone and sharing weekly reports with the Product team.
- Work with the suppliers on grade specification for BULK specs and maintain a fit standards across a wide range of sizes, categories, and fabrics.
- Ensuring product and care labelling is correct for BULK product.
- QC BULK samples and communicate any potential issues that could affect sales or quality of product.
- Communicating all product details in Style file doc to handover to relevant departments and team members.

**Requirements**:
**Fundamental to the Role are**:

- Clear understanding and proven experience in flat measurements and working with stretch product.
- Accurate translation of design into sampling.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in Backbone or a similar PLM system
