We are now looking to recruit all **front of house** positions including, **waitstaff, bartenders and runners**. Staff that will be able to assist us in establishing top-tier customer service by creating memorable, personal, and unique drinking and dining experiences while having fun and working on your own professional development.

**Beneficial House**

Beneficial House stands as a stunning heritage structure nestled in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. It proudly houses two distinguished establishments under The Speakeasy Group umbrella. The Sanderson, helmed by Head Chef James Green, is a refined dining destination renowned for its contemporary take on premium Australian ingredients. Meanwhile, Eau-de-Vie transports guests to the jazz-infused ambience of a 1920’s cocktail and whisky speakeasy (combined capacity 240).

**Nick and Nora’s Paramatta**

Nick & Nora’s is a vibrant cocktail and champagne bar dedicated to setting new standards for customer experience and luxury. With an award-winning signature cocktail list and a remarkable team, located on the 26th floor of the V by Crown building in Parramatta, seating up to 300 guests with 270° views of The Blue Mountains & Sydney Harbour Bridge We offer an in-depth selection of Champagne along with a back bar holding a plethora of spirits and a huge whisky & cognac selection, and let’s not forget the liquid nitrogen tap

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Waitstaff**
- Someone with an eye for detail and a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining or a similar role
- Experience in a busy restaurant
- A passion for hospitality
- An engaging personality and warmth that staff and customers gravitate towards
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service delivering quality food and beverages

**Bartender**
- Experience in a busy cocktail bar
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, whisky, wine and food
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to further your career in this industry
- An engaging personality and warmth that staff and customers gravitate towards
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service delivering quality food and beverages

**Runner**
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in coordinating food orders for timely delivery
- Experience in assisting servers, and upholding high food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service delivering quality food and beverages
