**The opportunity**:
Our brand is eager to find the next member of our Management Team, at our fast-paced Flagship store

**A bit about the role**:

- As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to promote a positive, motivated and thriving work environment for your team.
- You will be heavily involved in leading your team to achieve your store targets through providing customers with exceptional customer experiences.
- You will also be included in the induction process of new team members to your store, as well as monitoring their performance and developing their skills

**A bit about you**:

- You will come from an experienced fast-paced Assistant Store manager role (or higher).
- You will be passionate about providing customers with outstanding services and creating memorable moments.
- You will have previous experience in managing a team, and are equipped with knowledge on how to create a fun, motivated and strong team.
