We provide housing services to people with disabilities in order to improve their quality of life and provide them with the support they need to live as independently as possible. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting patients with critical everyday tasks.
- Vacuuming, laundry, and general cleaning are examples of household tasks.
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing activities, as well as other personal care needs, in a supportive and comfortable environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing.
- Medication administration in accordance with medication management guidelines.
- Supporting participants' community involvement and networking possibilities, as well as their leisure activities, as needed
- Current drivers license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Providing emotional support.
- Shows sensitivity to confidentiality and diversity.
- Promotes awareness of the person-centered approach

**Requirements**:
- **Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Aged or similar qualification (desirable)**:
- **A current NDIS Worker Screening Check**:
- **Administration of medication training (or willing to obtain)**:
- **Manual handling training (or willing to obtain)**:
- **Access to a car and drivers licence preferred**:
- **Full Covid 19 Vaccination**:
- **Current First Aid training**:
- **Current CPR training**:
- **A Current Police Check**
