We currently have an opportunity for an **experienced Scraper Operator** for an immediate start. This full-time position is based out of our **Beresfield depot**, working within a **mine environment in the Hunter Valley** on a **4 days on / 4 days off rotating Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roster**.

This position is covered under the **Civil Construction Enterprise Agreement**, with all relevant allowances provided in accordance with the Agreement.

**You will need the following**:

- Proven experience operating **CAT 637 twin-power scrapers** in a civil or mining environment.
- **Current Order 43 Mine Medical** (or ability to obtain before commencement).
- **Current Statement of Attainment (SOA)** and **VOC for Scraper**.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with site requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Be willing to under go Coal Mines Insurance Check

**Safety Compliance**:

- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
- Conduct daily pre-starts and report any defects or issues promptly.

**Communication**:

- Coordinate with site supervisors, leading hands, and other operators to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Report any operational challenges, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating **4 on / 4 off DIDO roster** (days and nights).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Fit for work and able to meet site access requirements.
