**Job Title**: Disability Support Worker (Casual)

**Hours: 12**-30 hours/week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social engagements.
- Implement individual care plans and ensure clients' needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in assisting clients using hoist machines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
