**Role**:
The Assistant Principal for this role is responsible for the leadership/oversight and management of the secondary campus with the oversight of the specialist education enrolment across F-12.

The successful applicant needs to demonstrate ability to lead strategic planning, resourcing and confidence building in staff and student development. This role sits as part of an executive leadership team and will work closely with school improvement leaders.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of this position will be:

- Lead the strategic planning of our whole school Specialist Education setting with a daily focus of 7-12.
- Lead the daily planning, coordination and student participation in learning across 7-12.
- Align whole school resources to the support and learning of students across 7-12 while maintaining oversight of the enrolment and support from F-12
- Build sustained partnerships and linkages to career and workplace pathways for our students
- Provide coaching and support for all staff across the Secondary campus to build high quality practice
- Use data practices to monitor student growth and IEP achievement
- Align existing practice to DE policy and procedures
- Be the face of Secondary Education across the whole school building a profile of excellence across the community

**Who May Apply**:
