Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant you will draw upon your clinical skills and support people throughout their rehab journey. Unlike many nursing roles, you will be rewarded with real tangible outcomes. A vital link helping our ADF achieve specific health goals to be able to return to service.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals;
- Case management - Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans.
- Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviews

Unlike most other Rehabilitation Consultant roles, KPI’s are based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours. Genuine person-centred focus

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance - no overtime, no outside of work hours work. Enjoy early starts and early finishes. Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:00 and Friday 07:30 - 13:30. You will be located at RAAF Base Amberley.

Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success. **What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
- Case Management would be highly advantageous and/or experience with professional documentation or report writing
- Twelve months minimum experience working in your profession with full registration
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Australian Citizenship
