**About the Role**
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients to assess their dietary needs and develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Provide evidence-based nutritional guidance to help clients manage health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and others.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and meal planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals (e.g., GPs, therapists, allied health) to create holistic care plans for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional science and integrate relevant practices into client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Accreditation and licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in NSW or within Australia.
- Proven experience in clinical or community nutrition settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in specialized areas such as sports nutrition, pediatric nutrition, or weight management (preferred)
- Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Diabetes Educator, Functional Medicine Practitioner).
