OMD Brisbane is currently looking for an Account Manager to work on this unique role for one of the worlds most exciting brands This role will suit someone who is confident with stakeholder management.
Scope of Assignment
OMD offers a truly multi-disciplinary approach to media strategy, planning and buying. It has one of the most diverse agency offerings in Australia, covering several areas of expertise from business management, communications strategy and planning, media buying (trading), social media strategy and management, branded content and sponsorship, digital planning and execution, research and insights, through to brand analytics and SEO.
Role Description
As Account Manager, you will play a critical role delivering our Performance with Integrity ambition across your client. You will be at the centre of creating market leading media executions and will regularly be the executional interface with media owner partners. You will be competent in traditional media channels and responsible for the stewardship of the overall media buying process. You will challenge and develop your direct report to enable them to be the best they can be.
Key Responsibilities
- Use expert knowledge and senior media relationships to uncover innovative insights and provide points of view to your client
- Collate and interpret data to deliver detailed recommendations of the proposed plan in conjunction with your Business Director and Trading team
- Proactively seek out opportunities that align with your client's strategic direction
- Proactive approach to projects and demonstrates initiative
**Key Skills**:
- Experience working in agency background with traditional media planning and buying experience
- Enjoy solving problems and deliver exceptional work for our clients
- Must have a can-do attitude, excellent communicator, strong attention to details and ability to multi task
- Confident with clients and able to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and media partners
- A team player who is passionate about their contribution to successful client outcomes.
- Someone with strong planning skills and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Interpret campaigns delivery reports to provide ongoing insights that improve campaign performance as agreed with Business Director and trading teams
