Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Software Tester **who has a proven history of working in complex projects and with a multidisciplinary workforce.

**About the role**:

- Ensure project deliverables are aligned to requirements
- Ensure testing is appropriately rigorous over the life of the project
- Contribute to software development testing (Agile methods)
- Implementing test automation
- Provide customer-focused quality assurance outcomes
- Prepare test cases and baseline test metrics
- Conduct performance, functional and system integration testing
- Review and analyse results to determine the source of faults and work with engineers and developers to identify and retest issues

**Ideally, you will be**:

- Proactive in contributing to successful project outcomes
- Able to work cohesively and communicate effectively with staff and other stakeholder groups
