**The Position**

Providing diligent customer service to owners of German Vehicles.

**Job description**
- managing service bookings and inquiries.
- pricing vehicle repairs.
- calculating the time required to undertake repairs.
- customer billing.
- providing repair progress to clients.
- working with the workshop controller to assign jobs.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (preferred)
