Quality Control Coordinator

**Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Quality Control Coordinator** to join our team in Roanoke, VA. This position will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the integrity of data within the Sales Administration department, specifically focusing on billing processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of billing data and related documentation
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of sales and billing records to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Sales Administration team to ensure adherence to compliance protocols
- Retain compliance documents
- Schedule and track compliance reporting deadlines
- Prepare and maintain Review data reports for compliance and data integrity
- Document compliance processes and maintain up-to-date records for audits and regulatory reviews
- Provide training and support to sales administration staff team on compliance best practices and data management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to billing and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Act as a liaison between the department and other internal and external auditors to promote a culture of compliance and quality assurance
- Respond to inquiries related to billing data integrity and compliance issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- BS degree in Business or relevant studies and/or 3-5 years of equivalent business experience
- Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, or data management, preferably in a heavy industry setting
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software to include SAP and Docuware
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude to achieve goals and deliver results independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to assimilate and not only embrace but lead change initiatives
