About the Role
As a Client Integration Manager in our Institutional business, you’ll be responsible for implementing customer solutions within agreed timeframes, ensuring revenue targets can be met and receiving exceptional feedback from customers throughout implementation and as part of Post Implementation Review process. You will ensure issues are efficiently resolved within agreed timeframes, build collaborative relationships with colleagues, enabling objectives to be achieved.
You will also manage technical components of projects, with timely handover of implemented solutions to BAU support teams, and manage connectivity, testing and integration components of implementation projects by thoroughly scoping and executing tasks as per customer requirements
This is a hands-on technical role where you will be responsible for setting up secure file delivery between customer systems and ANZ systems. You will ensure the successful integration of Transaction Banking solutions for our Institutional customers. The role will also have elements of project management, as part of co-ordinated activities between external customers and internal ANZ teams.

What will your day look like?
As a Client Integration Manager, you will be responsible for
Connectivity, testing and integration components of implementation projects by thoroughly scoping and executing tasks as per customer requirements
Implement customer solutions within agreed timeframes
Manage technical aspects of customer projects, with timely handover of implemented solutions to BAU support teams
Receive exceptional feedback from customers throughout implementation and as part of Post Implementation Review process
Situation and Incident management; ensure issues are efficiently resolved within agreed timeframes.
Work as one team; be transparent and share knowledge with team members
Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, enabling objectives to be achieved
Alignment and compliance with ANZ processes, policies and strategy
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Completed tertiary qualification in information technology or any business field
Relevant experience working in an external client facing Payments & Cash Management role
Experience in ISO 20022 formats & transformation logic, as well as a strong understanding of connectivity protocols (e.g. SWIFTNet, sFTP, HTTPS, AS2) and data encryption (PGP)
Demonstrated analytical & stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, channels and processes
Project related qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Project Management) or experience working in projects would be advantageous.
