**DUTIES**
- Issue certificates of compliance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct site inspection’s, meeting’s and including pool barrier inspections
- Dependent on experience; mentor Building Surveyors and other team members

**MANDATORY**
- Comprehensive knowledge of state building legislation
- Minimum level 3 Building Surveying practitioner in WA
- Sound working knowledge of State Building legislation, Building Code of Australia
- Ability to work in a small team
- Experience in multiple software platforms
- “C” class driver’s licence

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
