We are looking for a passionate _Store Manager_ to help lead our _Mecca Eastgardens_ store in _NSW _on a full-time basis. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation._

- Day-to-day responsibilities:_
- _ Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences_
- _ Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback_
- _ Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values_
- What success looks like in this role:_
- _ Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams._
- _ A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments._
- _ Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development_
- _ A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships_
- _ Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience._
