Contour Personnel are a leading HR and executive search agency based in Australia and we are partnering with one of the prominent hotel brands to attract
**Night Manager** to join their team in Barossa Valley.

Our client is looking for a night owl, someone who loves to work within a small team in a quiet environment during the overnight shift. This role manages the overnight operations of the hotel and requires someone with great focus and a solid understanding of the day to day operations of a hotel.

**Key responsibilities will be, but not limited to**:

- Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading
- Check and prepare reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift
- Represent the General Manager in their absence, holding responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property
- Actively promoting special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- High level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera experience preferred
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor.
- Responsible Persons Badge and First Aid Qualification
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster
