**Job Description**:
The Recovery and Wellbeing Coach proactively identifies and addresses potential return to work barriers, develops and implements individual recovery and support plans, and assists to resolve return-to-work related issues and disputes as required.
This role is responsible for the direct management of both work and non-work-related injuries, illnesses, and associated compensation claims. The position also involves facilitating and conducting regular strategic case review meetings and conferences with relevant stakeholders to obtain positive outcomes.
**Key requirements for the role will be**:

- Provide a professional and customer focused approach to early intervention, return to work and Injury Management with the primary focus will be Western Victoria and TAS, psychological and complex injuries.
- Assisting with the implementation of key group wellbeing/safety initiatives.
- Manage WorkCover claims in accordance with the legislative requirements and in line with Pact Group policies and procedures
- Liaise with key stakeholders and assist with Return-to-Work information and guidance, in addition to support for the employee.
- Provide reporting on status of injuries/illness, trends that are emerging in the workplaces

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in a relevant field (ie: Allied Health/ Exercise Physiology or Graduate Diploma in Human Movement, Rehab, RTW Coordinator &/or Safety)
- Previous experience in similar role, drawing on insurance and/or allied health work experience.
