**About the job**

Retail Team Member position available to be part of our Macpac Canberra store. Range of hours and flexible working arrangements available. Hours will be rostered across both weekdays and weekends. We are looking for people with flexible availability to increase hours as the need arises. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is _preferred but not essential_... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.

- Providing an in-store experience that inspires and empowers our customers
- Engaging with our customers by sharing your product knowledge and experience
- Receipting, replenishing and merchandising
- Keeping up to date with current and new products in our range
- Working in a team to achieve goals and objectives together
