Connor is looking for driven, ambitiousand mature minded team members that want to grow into successful leaders in our business. Through training and education Connor will provide the tools to help create what we hope is a successful retail career for YOU.
**About You**:
Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?
Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?
Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets
Ability to complete operational tasks such asscheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.
We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
Have experience in Customer Service and are enthusiasticabout delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
Aredriven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s.
Havean interest in fashion and retail.
Wantto further yourcareer in retailsin a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
