The opportunity- Opportunity to work for a leading Global Insurer- Join the Group People (HR) team to design and develop learning resources to support leadership development across the business
- Your new role
- At QBE we understand the value of continuous learning and development for our people. This role is responsible for crafting engaging digital and instructor-led learning solutions that evolve with the changing needs of our organisation. As the Digital Learning Design Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning solutions to support our leadership development.
- You will also:- Create learning solutions across a variety of modalities to uplift capabilities across the organisation- Translate enterprise and divisional capability needs into effective learning interventions
Your story so far
- You’re a creative and strategic learning designer with a passion for leadership development. You thrive on translating complex capability needs into engaging, scalable learning experiences that make a real impact.Skilled in instructional design techniques, especially digital learning (i.e. eLearning, videos, microlearns, etc.)- Previous experience with designing and developing process and systems training- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.- Highly developed internal consulting, change management and project management skills- Time management and ability to perform and prioritize in fast-paced and changing environment- In depth knowledge of instructional design theory, techniques, and trends
