**About the Role**

As a **Receptionist**, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers.
You’ll assist with appointment bookings, phone calls, and day-to-day administrative tasks that support our clinical team and ensure smooth operations.

This is a **casual position** with **flexible hours**, including weekdays, after-hours, and occasional weekends — ideal for students balancing study commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional first impression.
- Register and update patient details accurately in the system.
- Scan and upload referral forms and documents.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Provide administrative support to sonographers and radiologists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in reception and waiting areas.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, polite, and comfortable communicating with patients.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation.
- Computer-literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

**No prior medical experience required** - full training will be provided.
