**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to be part of a growing organisation. RNC is looking for an experienced warehouse assistant / pick packer who is looking to further their experience in a challenging environment and play to their strengths.

You will be an integral part of the daily operations of the business. You should be able to work unsupervised as well as being comfortable in a team environment.

The role will be based at our Rowville site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with speed and precision to complete all tasks
- Ensuring all orders are picked & packed in a timely manner, within the allocated time frames
- Ensure continuous pick packing by utilising all tools available
- Assist the retail team in maintaining clean and stocked shelves
- Liaise with the sales team to monitor and despatch all courier orders
- Assist the warehouse team in ensuring the warehouse is operating at an efficient capacity
- Follow all company processes
- Ensure that you are constantly learning and are up to date with all products
- Liaise with the Warehouse Lead and Supply Chain Manager regularly regarding inventory and process updates
- Displaying initiative to improve current processes and implement changes with the Warehouse Supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have experience in a warehouse / distribution facility
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Have effective time management skills
- Possess the ability to communicate and work in a team environment

- Working rights required for this role
