Toptac International is a family-owned Equestrian Wholesale Distributor based in Heatherbrae, NSW. Representing some of the world’s leading brands, we proudly supply the English, Western, Farm, Feed, and Toy industries across Australia.
As we expand into exciting new brands, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented **Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator** to join our close-knit team of six. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive business with a passion for the equestrian and rural lifestyle industries.
**The Role**
This role requires a motivated multi-tasker to keep up in a fast-paced environment. You'll need strong organisational and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while also helping manage inventory and liaising with freight providers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and prioritise orders
- Pick and pack orders accurately using stock codes
- Perform quality checks on products before dispatch
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies before packing
- Select suitable packing materials and ensure orders are secure and undamaged
- Use online freight dispatch systems to quote and ship orders
- Liaise daily with freight companies for collections and deliveries
- Conduct regular stocktakes and support inventory management
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries (boxes, pallets, or containers)
- Operate forklifts and stock pickers (training provided if required)
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse with adequate packing materials
- Communicate with customers about freight options or stock availability
- Work safely and follow correct lifting and working-at-heights procedures
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or dispatch environment
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Solid computer literacy
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift licence preferred (but not essential - we can provide training)
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
