What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Penrith office for a motivated Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. This role will have you supporting the Workers’ Compensation team. This is a full time opportunity however we are open to hybrid work arrangement on completion of sufficient training.
- This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- File administration
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals
- Generating & editing correspondence
- Compiling court documents
- Reception duties when required

What will you bring?
- A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience in professional services or previous front of house reception experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Exceptional communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
