**About Our Client**:
My client is a WA State funded joint venture located at Crawley. They have secured multimillion dollar contracts until 2028 and one of the largest institutions in their field.
- Establish, document and maintain policies, procedures and office systems for efficient operation
- Plan, implement and coordinate administrative functions that include personnel (HR), visitors and student activities
- Undertake planning involving resource use or develop proposals for resource allocation
- Respond to complex and diverse enquiries, analyse and provide innovative solutions to problems
- Provide authoritative advice and information on policies and procedures
- Function as the Purchasing Officer for the Centre Responsible for organising meetings, events and workshops
- Responsible for managing and maintaining staff and student databases Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for new staff and visitors
