**The team** has a strong focus on culture and seeks to work collaboratively wherever possible. The team undertakes a broad range of interesting and complex coverage and defence matters, and the senior members of the team are committed to developing lawyers in its junior ranks to fine tune their existing skill set and accelerate their career progression.

**About You** You will be an Associate with the following competencies:

- A strong litigation background, preferably from a leading domestic or international law firm;
- Ideally, some experience in coverage, or a readiness to develop this expertise;
- Strong academic results at university level;
- Strong attention to detail in written work;
- Strong verbal communication skills, including in the business development setting;
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively;
- Ability to work collaboratively wherever required but, also, work independently with proficiency; and
- Willingness to assist senior lawyers with business development endeavours.
