MBE Parramatta, also trading as Agility Print and Australian Christmas Cards, is a successful digital print business in the heart of Parramatta CBD. We've won lots of awards for the way we work and are constantly the highest revenue Centre in the MBE Australia group.

Part of our growth meant buying another MBE Centre in Ultimo. **The successful applicant will work in both locations so must be happy travelling to either Ultimo or Parramatta as needed each day.**

We are looking to bring in a great person to join the team. The most important thing we're looking for is someone with an excellent attitude. If you enjoy working in a small team and being "on the go" all day we'd love to hear from you.

You may have recently finished your HSC, or you may have spent time in higher education. You may have taken a break after your education and are now looking for a full time job. Perhaps you've worked somewhere for a while and want a change.

This role will be a combination of all the basic jobs that make the Centre function well, meaning the role will have quite a bit of variety for you. You will be learning many skills required to finish documents for clients, such as guillotining and binding as well as everything else to help make the Centre run like clockwork.

You will also work with customers walking in who need printing done or parcels shipped. It's not a lot of walk-in customers each day but you need to be happy talking with them and helping them with their needs.

A drivers license is needed, and you need to be a confident driver because you'll be doing deliveries from time to time. P's are fine. L's don't make the grade. You'll need to drive a small automatic van.

There will be some computer based work... not a lot, but you need to be comfortable with technology and be happy to learn how to use some of our systems and software. There are lots of machines that go “whirr” and “click” that have combinations of digital and mechanical setup - meaning you need to be confident wrestling them into submission to give you the result we need.

As a printing company we buy a fair bit of paper (which is heavy) and ship out a lot of boxes of printed stuff (which is also heavy). You don't need to be a weight lifter, but you need to be comfortable handling boxes of paper on a regular basis.

MBE Parramatta is part of a really big international group, but each Centre is individually owned and operated. So we don't have the politics of a big company, but we do play a part in something huge.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
