**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The Web Services Team is a small, collaborative, agile and inclusive team that sits within the Communications Branch and consists of content and developer specialists that deliver:

- Content and development support across Finance's web platforms including finance.gov.au and the Finance Intranet
- Analytics and research to inform and write digital content in collaboration with business areas
- Content administration to publish web content
- New features and website development that supports an optimised user experience
- Advice to stakeholders on best practice and delivering digital channels in line with the Digital Experience Policy and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA

**ABOUT THE** OPPORTUNITY**

In this role you will work with business owners to use evidence-based research and analytics, to review, edit and re-write content across websites managed by the Web Services team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- a sound understanding of web content design principles
- experience creating web content and guidance material and documentation for business areas that meet WCAG 2.2 AA requirements
- demonstrated, well-developed writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- experience in providing quality customer service and an understanding of service delivery expectations
- to take responsibility and seek guidance from senior members of the team to ensure service standards are met.
