- About the Role Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Electrical Fitters Supervisor to join our growing company. The primary purpose of the Electrical Fitters Supervisor is to lead the Epping CitiPower Electrical Fitters Team

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Epping, VIC

Reporting Line: Works Manager

Key Responsibilities
- The Electrical Fitters Supervisor will undertake the planning, quoting and construction delivery of Major projects or parts of projects under contract for customers, ensuring that time, scope, costs, safety, and quality objectives are met.
- The EFS will work closely with the Works Manager and Service Stream Tenders team on pricing of all major projects for internal and external clients through to delivery.
- The EFS will be responsible for a multiskilled field resource and subcontractor workforce to achieve the successful delivery of all managed projects including the Electrical Maintenance Contracts for CitiPower, United Energy and Ausnet. This will be done through working in a consultative manner with other PL’s, PE’s, PM’s and support staff.
- The EFS will play a pivotal role in managing the client relationship at the field and lower management levels, including working with the Scheduler, Cost Controller, HV Ops team and HSEQ officer to deliver key projects on the Electrical Maintenance Contract and other projects in all Victorian Distribution Networks.

About You
- Desirable Project Management Qualification
- Hold a current construction induction card
- Project Management experience in a contracting organisation or project based business or similar with a proven ability to operate in a dynamic “live” environment and to meet project hurdles
- Over 2 years’ experience in project management of projects, or experience working within Distribution Underground, Substation, Zone Substation or Cable jointing areas
- Contract management of customer and supply contracts up to $4M in value
- Over 2 years’ experience in a project administration environment
